6.5. Safety procedures of construction machines
現場(chang)所有機械設備(bei)必須按照施工平面(mian)布置圖(tu)進行(xing)布置和(he)停放，機械設備(bei)的設置和(he)使用(yong)必須嚴格(ge)遵守施工現場(chang)機械設備(bei)安(an)全(quan)管理(li)規定，現場(chang)機械有明(ming)顯的安(an)全(quan)標志和(he)安(an)全(quan)技(ji)術操(cao)作(zuo)指示牌，具體要做(zuo)到：
All mechanical equipment on site shall comply with the layout plan for arrangement and parking. The setting and application of the mechanical equipments shall strictly observe the safety regulation of management of mechanical equipment on construction site; the machinery on site shall have obvious safety sign and safety operation sign; the detail information as follows:
拉伸鋼(gang)筋時周圍(wei)要(yao)設防(fang)護欄桿，后側面設防(fang)護擋板；
Set up the guarding rail while drawing the reinforcing bar; the back side shall set the protecting board for guarding;
攪(jiao)拌(ban)機(ji)應搭設防(fang)砸、防(fang)雨操作(zuo)棚；
The mixer shall equip with the construction shed for protection of falling objects and rain-proofing;
所有機(ji)械設(she)備應經常(chang)清潔、潤(run)滑(hua)、緊固、調整、不超負荷和(he)帶病工作(zuo)；
All mechanical equipment shall be cleaned, lubricated, fastened and adjusted constantly. The overload and operating with the hidden safety trouble is not allowed;
機械(xie)在停用、停電時必(bi)須切斷電源；
Machinery must cut off the power while out of service or in a power failure;
對新(xin)(xin)技術、新(xin)(xin)材料、新(xin)(xin)工藝、新(xin)(xin)設(she)備的使用，在制(zhi)定(ding)(ding)操作規(gui)程(cheng)(cheng)的同時，必(bi)須制(zhi)定(ding)(ding)安(an)全操作規(gui)程(cheng)(cheng)；
It is necessary to establish the safety operational procedure as well as operational procedure for the application of the new technology, new material, new process and new equipment
對特殊工序(xu)，必須(xu)編制作業方案(an)，提出確(que)保(bao)安全措施(shi)。
As to the special procedure, it is necessary to work out construction scheme and the safety measure as well.
6.6. 施工用電安全措施
6.6. Safety measure of power consumption for construction
施(shi)工現場用(yong)電(dian)線(xian)路(lu)的設置(zhi)和架(jia)(jia)設必須按(an)江蘇(su)省有關(guan)規定(ding)與用(yong)電(dian)布置(zhi)圖（見附圖）進行設置(zhi)和架(jia)(jia)設。電(dian)纜線(xian)均應架(jia)(jia)空，穿越(yue)道路(lu)除(chu)防護(hu)套管外(wai)，埋置(zhi)深度應超過0.2米，全部采(cai)用(yong)三相五(wu)線(xian)制。
The arrangement and erection of power consumption for construction site shall observe the relevant regulations and layout drawing for power consumption of Jiangsu Province (see figures). The cable thread shall be overhead installed and pass through external side of road protecting sleeve pipe. The embedded depth shall exceed 0.2 meters and all adopt the three phase five wire system.
現場配電房醒目處掛有警示標志，配備一組有效的1121干粉滅火器，配電房鑰匙(chi)由現場電工(gong)班(ban)派(pai)專人保(bao)管。
Warning marks shall be arranged in the striking place of on site distribution substation, which equipped with a group of effective 1121 dry powder extinguishers. The key of distribution substation shall be specially assigned for keeping arranged by the on site electrical shift.
現場配電箱設有(you)可靠有(you)效(xiao)的(de)三相漏(lou)電保(bao)護(hu)(hu)器(qi)(qi)和觸電保(bao)護(hu)(hu)器(qi)(qi)，動作靈敏、動力(li)、照明分開，與(yu)配電房(fang)內(nei)的(de)漏(lou)電保(bao)護(hu)(hu)器(qi)(qi)形成二級保(bao)護(hu)(hu)，使施工用電人身更安全(quan)。
The on-the-spot distribution box equips with reliable and effective three phases protecting device for electricity leakage and electrical shock protective device, which have a sensitive movement; separated motive force and illumination; and a secondary protection formed by the leakage protector inside the distribution room, so as to ensure the personnel security of power consumption for construction.
現(xian)場所配電箱應統一編號、上鎖、專人保管，箱殼接地良(liang)好(hao)。施工用(yong)電的設備、電纜線(xian)、導線(xian)、漏電保護(hu)器(qi)等應有產品質量合格證(zheng)。漏電保護(hu)器(qi)要經(jing)常檢(jian)查(cha)，發現(xian)問題立即調換，熔(rong)絲要相匹配。
Distribution box on site shall have a unified numbers, locking, and personnel specially assigned for custody; the grounding of the unit housing shall maintain in a good a condition. The products quality certificate shall be available for construction equipments of power consumption, cable line, wire, and leakage protector, etc. Check the leakage protector and displace in case of abnormal condition; the fuse wire of leakage protector shall be matched.
使用安全色(se)和安全標志。
Apply the safety color and safety marking.
6.7. 卸料平臺安全保證措施
6.7. Safety Assurance Measure for Unloading Platform
制作時應(ying)嚴格按照方(fang)案(an)規定的(de)尺寸及焊(han)(han)接要求施工，所有接縫(feng)(feng)均要求滿焊(han)(han)，焊(han)(han)縫(feng)(feng)高度不小于6mm
Strictly observe the size and the requirements of welding regulated in the scheme; full weld is required in all seams; the height of welding seam shall not smaller than 6mm
所選材(cai)料均應有材(cai)質(zhi)證(zheng)明，不合格產品堅決(jue)不予(yu)使用。
Material quality certificate shall be available for the selected materials; the application of the subquality product is not allowed.
平臺腳手(shou)板及擋腳板均應(ying)(ying)與(yu)主框架及欄(lan)(lan)桿用(yong)雙股8號鐵絲綁扎(zha)牢固(gu)。安全網(wang)應(ying)(ying)連續與(yu)欄(lan)(lan)桿綁扎(zha)牢固(gu)。
Platform scaffold board and footplate guard shall be fixed with main frame and double 8 iron wires with main frame and railing. The safety net shall be firmly fixed with the railing in succession.
卸料平臺使(shi)用應成(cheng)立(li)一個專門小組(zu)，由塔司、信號(hao)工(gong)(gong)、架(jia)子工(gong)(gong)組(zu)成(cheng)，使(shi)用前(qian)進(jin)行(xing)專門的安(an)全(quan)交底，進(jin)行(xing)安(an)裝和提升(sheng)時信號(hao)工(gong)(gong)與塔司應密切配合。
The application of unloading material platform shall establish a special group, which comprised by tower department, signalman, and timberman. Before application it is necessary to perform special exchange procedure for security information; the signal worker and tower department shall cooperate closely in case of installation and hoisting procedure.
吊(diao)裝(zhuang)、拆(chai)(chai)除大平臺(tai)應由(you)專(zhuan)業(ye)人員(yuan)進行，鋼絲繩(sheng)固定螺絲未(wei)(wei)連(lian)接(jie)可靠不(bu)得落鉤，同(tong)時未(wei)(wei)完全拆(chai)(chai)除不(bu)得起吊(diao)。
Hoisting and removing operation of large platform shall be performed by professional personnel; hook shall not set down while the screw of steel wire rope is not fixed; and the hoisting operation shall not be permitted in case of removing operation are not completed.
大(da)平臺(tai)第一次使用前應進(jin)行堆載試驗(yan)，合格(ge)后方可使用。
Pile-loading test is required in case of first application of large platform and engage in application after being qualified.
大平臺安裝(zhuang)時應保證端(duan)部略上抬不超過100-200mm。
In case of large platform installation, it is necessary to ensure the end part shall not exceeds 100-200mm in upward direction.
