◇安全生產例會制度(du)
◇Regular Meeting System of Safety Production
項目經理每周一(yi)~五早上主(zhu)(zhu)持召(zhao)(zhao)開項目部管(guan)理人員HSE例(li)會(hui)，每周一(yi)、三、五由施工經理組織召(zhao)(zhao)開施工班組HSE例(li)會(hui)，每周召(zhao)(zhao)開一(yi)次分包、監理、業主(zhu)(zhu)HSE例(li)會(hui)，項目部每月主(zhu)(zhu)持召(zhao)(zhao)開一(yi)次所有施工人員全(quan)部參加(jia)的(de)職工HSE例(li)會(hui)，總結(jie)前一(yi)階段的(de)安(an)全(quan)生產(chan)情況，布置下一(yi)階段的(de)安(an)全(quan)生產(chan)工作。
Project manager takes charge of HSE regular meeting for administrator of project department from Monday to Friday every week and construction manager organizes HSE regular meeting for construction shift-group on Monday, Wednesday and Friday every week. Every week, a regular meeting is hold among subcontractor, supervisor and owner. The project department takes charge of the HSE regular meeting for staff of construction every month in order to conclude situation of safety production in last phase as well as lay out safety production next step.
根據現場(chang)實際(ji)和工作需要，可另行召開專題HSE會(hui)議。
Other special meetings about HSE could be convened according to actual situation and working requirement on site.
HSE例會及專題會議(yi)(yi)(yi)，必須認真做好會議(yi)(yi)(yi)記錄，會后及時形(xing)成會議(yi)(yi)(yi)紀要。
During HSE regular meeting and special meeting, take notes carefully and form meeting minutes immediately after that.
◇安全(quan)技術交底制度
◇Announcing Safety & Technological Demand System
各施工項目(mu)必須有(you)針(zhen)對性(xing)的(de)書面安全技術交(jiao)底，并有(you)交(jiao)底人與被交(jiao)底人的(de)簽字(zi)。
Each construction project must have safety and technological demand in written form with signatures of both sides.
◇建立安全生產班前講話制度
◇Establish a system of giving a speech before each shift in safety production
安全(quan)工程師(shi)應根據具體施(shi)工進展情況及(ji)各階段施(shi)工特點，在施(shi)工之前及(ji)時對(dui)班組作業(ye)人員進行安全(quan)講話。
Safety engineer shall give a safety speech to all operators of each shift before constructing according to specific construction process and character of each phase.
◇特種作業持證上崗制(zhi)度
◇Going post with certificate for special work
施工現場的特(te)種作(zuo)(zuo)業人(ren)員必須經過專(zhuan)門培訓，考(kao)試合(he)格，持特(te)種作(zuo)(zuo)業操作(zuo)(zuo)證(zheng)上(shang)崗作(zuo)(zuo)業。
Operators for special work on site must go post with certificate through training and examining.
◇安全(quan)值(zhi)班制(zhi)度(du)
◇The system for safety duty
項目經(jing)理部及勞務(wu)隊(dui)伍必(bi)須安排(pai)負責(ze)人員在現(xian)場(chang)值(zhi)班，不得空崗(gang)、失控。
The project manager and labor team must arrange responsible persons on site, vacant post and loss of control are not allowed.
◇日檢查、旬檢查制度
◇Daily check, ten days’ check system
日(ri)檢查(cha)：由現(xian)場經理和安(an)(an)全工(gong)程師負責，按照無錫市建筑施(shi)工(gong)現(xian)場安(an)(an)全日(ri)檢表的內(nei)容，在每天(tian)(tian)下(xia)午下(xia)班前(qian)進行檢查(cha)，對發現(xian)的問題(ti)立即(ji)定人(ren)員定時間(jian)進行整改，為夜班或第(di)二天(tian)(tian)施(shi)工(gong)創(chuang)造(zao)條件。
Daily check: the manager and safety engineer are responsible for checking before off duty in the afternoon every day according to content of Wuxi Daily Safety Checklist on construction site and specifying suitable persons to rectify discovered issues so as to create favorable construction condition for night shift or the next day.
旬檢(jian)查(cha)：由項(xiang)目(mu)經理(li)部召集(ji)現場經理(li)、專(zhuan)業(ye)工程師、安全員(yuan)、保衛，消(xiao)防、機務、料(liao)具、行政、衛生等有關(guan)人(ren)員(yuan)共同進行聯合檢(jian)查(cha)，按(an)照無(wu)錫市施工現場管理(li)規定(ding)的(de)內容(rong)檢(jian)查(cha)評分，評估工地的(de)管理(li)水(shui)平(ping)。
Ten days’ check: It is project manager’ responsibility to summon on-site manager, professional engineer, safety man, security, fire protection, machinery management, materials& tools, administrators and hygienic man, etc to have a joint inspection and grade administrative level of construction site according to the Wuxi Construction Site Regulations.
◇機械設備、臨電設施和腳手架的(de)驗(yan)收制度
◇ Acceptance procedure of mechanical equipment, electric facility and scaffold
各(ge)種機(ji)械設(she)(she)備、臨電(dian)設(she)(she)施和腳(jiao)手架(jia)在安裝完畢后必(bi)須進行專項驗收(shou)，未經(jing)驗收(shou)或驗收(shou)不合格嚴禁使用。
The specialized acceptance shall be performed after installation of different mechanical equipment, electric facilities and scaffolds and the unqualified or rejected ones are prohibited to apply.

6.1 Safety Guarantying Measure of “Four openings and Five Edges”
◇基坑四周防(fang)護欄桿(gan)做(zuo)法：將立桿(gan)埋入地下0.5米，立桿(gan)間距1.80m，鋼管(guan)設水平桿(gan)兩道，總高1.50m，外設排水明溝。如下圖：
◇Protection rail around foundation pit is as following: insert vertical rails into earth for 0.5 m with a space of 1.80m, two horizontal poles on steel tube with a total height of 1.50m, and a drainage is set outside, as fig below:

◇本工程樓層周圈采用鋼(gang)管(guan)欄桿、密(mi)目(mu)安全網防(fang)護，鋼(gang)管(guan)立桿間(jian)距1.50m，立桿下部30cm設(she)第一道水平桿，水平桿間(jian)距1.20m，內側下口(kou)設(she)擋腳板，外掛密(mi)目(mu)網，并與框(kuang)架(jia)柱拉結及利(li)用鋼(gang)管(guan)斜撐加固。如下圖(tu)：
