6.2 Safety Protection of Scaffold
使(shi)用的腳手架(jia)搭設(she)方案須經(jing)設(she)計(ji)計(ji)算，并(bing)經(jing)監理(li)工程師審批(pi)后(hou)方可搭設(she)。

腳(jiao)手架(jia)必須(xu)保證整體結(jie)構(gou)的穩(wen)定和不(bu)(bu)變形，外(wai)腳(jiao)手架(jia)，縱(zong)向(xiang)必須(xu)設置(zhi)剪力(li)撐(cheng)。剪力(li)撐(cheng)寬度不(bu)(bu)得超過(guo)7根(gen)立(li)桿，與水平面夾角應為45°~60°。
The scaffold shall have steady structure and no deformation should occur, the outer scaffold shall be supported by shearing force vertically and width of shearing force support shall not exceed 7 vertical poles, forming an angle of 45°~60° with the horizontal level.
結構用的里、外腳手架，使用荷載不得超過3.0KN/m2。嚴禁(jin)超(chao)載(zai)，架(jia)上嚴禁(jin)堆放或搬運材料、物(wu)品，雜物(wu)，要及時(shi)清理(li)。風(feng)力六級以(yi)上或有(you)雷電(dian)、大雨(yu)時(shi)，不得上架(jia)操(cao)作(zuo)。雪、霜后(hou)要全面(mian)清掃，檢查后(hou)方可操(cao)作(zuo)。
All the scaffolds used inside and outside shall not load more than 3.0KN/m2, The overload is not allowed and clean up the objection, materials on the scaffold immediately. When wind scale reaches 6 or thundering and lightening weather or heavy rains, no operation on scaffold is available. It is necessary to make a whole cleaning after snowy or frosty day.
腳(jiao)手架(jia)的(de)(de)搭設與拆除必須由持有(you)上崗證的(de)(de)專(zhuan)業(ye)架(jia)子工(gong)承擔，并有(you)專(zhuan)人指揮，凡不(bu)適合高空(kong)作(zuo)業(ye)者不(bu)得上腳(jiao)手架(jia)，操作(zuo)者必須戴好安全(quan)帽，系(xi)好安全(quan)帶(dai)。
The design and disassembling of scaffold shall be performed by special persons, under the guide of an expert. The person who is not suitable for high-altitude operation must not go up on it. The qualified operators must wear safety helmet and safety belt well.
拆(chai)除腳手架時應(ying)召(zhao)集有關人員，對工程(cheng)進行全面檢查與交底，設置警戒(jie)區，拆(chai)下的桿件與零配(pei)件應(ying)按類分堆，嚴禁(jin)高(gao)空(kong)拋(pao)擲。
The disassembling of scaffold shall call in relative persons to have a overall inspection and handover. Disassemble it within alarming area and it is not allowed to throw anything from high altitude, and pile the spare parts as its classification.
腳手架(jia)必(bi)須有可靠的防雷接(jie)地(di)。
The scaffold must be earth grounded.
腳(jiao)手架及防護做好(hao)后經驗(yan)收合(he)格后方可(ke)使用。
After qualified acceptance, the scaffold is available.
6.3. 高處作業安全防護
6.3 Safety Protection for High-altitude Operation
嚴格(ge)要(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)進入(ru)施工現(xian)場的人員戴(dai)好(hao)安全帽，按規定要(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)使用安全帶(dai)。
Ask persons who enters into construction site to put on safety helmet and safety belt according to regulations.
高空作(zuo)業人員(yuan)(yuan)必(bi)須(xu)經醫生體(ti)檢合格，凡患(huan)有不(bu)適宜從(cong)(cong)事(shi)高空作(zuo)業疾病(bing)的人員(yuan)(yuan)，一律禁止(zhi)從(cong)(cong)事(shi)高空作(zuo)業。
The personnel in high-altitude operation shall pass physical examination in hospital. Anyone who is not qualified for high-altitude operation will not be allowed to carry out this job.
高(gao)空(kong)(kong)作業(ye)區域內，下方(fang)必須劃出(chu)禁區，并(bing)設置圍欄，禁止(zhi)行人、閑(xian)人通行闖入。高(gao)空(kong)(kong)作業(ye)區域內的出(chu)入口，應(ying)搭設長(chang)3~6m、寬度(du)不小于(yu)通道兩側(ce)各(ge)1m的雙(shuang)層防(fang)護棚(peng)，棚(peng)頂應(ying)滿(man)鋪竹笆片。
In the area of high-altitude operation, a forbidden zone shall be lined out under operation, set an enclosure to prohibit foot passengers to intrude in. Ate the entrance of high-altitude operation, double protective deck with a length of 3~6m and the width is no less than 1 m at each side shall be set with bamboo sheet on the top.
建筑物四周(zhou)立面采(cai)用全封閉施(shi)工，外墻腳手架(jia)隨結(jie)構(gou)進(jin)度(du)上升，并高(gao)出作(zuo)業層一(yi)個步距，腳手架(jia)外側滿掛密目安全網。
Area around building shall be enclosed during constructing, the scaffold on outer wall shall elevate with structural process, which is higher than operation floor with a certain distance, and safety network is hung outside the scaffold.
框架結(jie)構梁和柱作(zuo)業層，四(si)周必須保(bao)證有50cm寬、80cm高的防護欄桿。
Protection rail of 50 cm wide and 80 cm high must be set around during operation in floor of frame structure beam and post.
立體交叉作業，上下間必須有隔離防(fang)護措(cuo)施(shi)。
During overhead crossing operation, a separate precaution must be done between upper and lower parts.
每層(ceng)平(ping)臺安全門和(he)吊籃出料門之間的防護必須嚴密(mi)。
Exit at flat roof of each floor and material discharge door shall be sealed tightly.
吊運模板、鋼筋、砼等(deng)大體(ti)積構件時，不得使(shi)用(yong)(yong)吊鉤，必(bi)須使(shi)用(yong)(yong)卡環(huan)。
Use catch ring instead of hook to hang components of large volume as transport molding plate, steel bar and concrete, etc.
高空作業(ye)應有足(zu)夠的照明設(she)備和避雷設(she)施。
Enough illumining facilities and anti-thunder facilities shall be provided for high-altitude operation.
高處(chu)作業嚴禁(jin)投擲物料(liao)。
It is strictly prohibited to throw materials during high-altitude operation.
6.4. 塔吊、電梯使用安全
6.4. Safety Application of Tower Crane and Elevator
三保險（吊(diao)鉤、繩(sheng)筒、斷繩(sheng)）、五(wu)限位（吊(diao)鉤高(gao)度、變幅、前后行走(zou)、起(qi)重力矩、駕駛室升降）必(bi)須(xu)齊全、靈敏、可靠。
Three insurances (hook, rope roll, rope breaking) and five limits (hook height, amplitude, pre-and-post movement, lifting moment, cab lifting) shall be completed, sensitive and reliable.
駕駛、指揮(hui)人員(yuan)必須持有效證(zheng)件上(shang)崗。司(si)機必須在得到指揮(hui)信(xin)號才能(neng)進(jin)行操作(zuo)，各動作(zuo)前應鳴(ming)鈴(ling)示意。
Driver and commanding personnel shall go on duty with valid certificates. The driver shall operate under the guidance of receiving command signals; and ring the bell for hint before each operation.
塔(ta)基、電梯基礎必須經計(ji)算確定(ding)，并符合規定(ding)。The tower base, lift foundation shall be calculated and comply with the relevant regulation.
塔吊、電梯和墻體拉結牢固符合(he)規定。
The tower crane, elevator and wall shall be firmly fixed and comply with the relevant regulation.
各類(lei)吊、索具(ju)要配套齊(qi)全、使用合(he)理(li)，嚴格掌握報廢更新標準。
All kinds of hooks and riggings shall be fully equipped, rationally applied, and strictly observe the upgrading standards
塔吊(diao)和輸電線路（垂直、水平(ping)方向(xiang)）應按規定(ding)保持距(ju)離，并有有效的防護措施。
Tower crane and transmission line of electricity (vertical, horizontal direction) shall keep the distance regulated in the relevant specification, and apply the effective safeguard procedures.
起(qi)重作業要(yao)遵守“十不吊”原(yuan)則，司機和指揮要(yao)堅守崗位(wei)。
The hoisting procedure shall observe the principle of “ten prohibition for hoisting”; the driver and command personnel shall stick to their post.
駕駛室內應(ying)用安全電壓照(zhao)明(ming)，兩側和(he)后窗(chuang)加裝防護欄(lan)，機窗(chuang)完整(zheng)明(ming)亮。
Apply safe voltage for lighting in the driving cabin, both sides and rear window shall equip with additional guarding rail, and window shall be intact and bright.
塔(ta)(ta)吊司(si)機和指揮人員(yuan)要(yao)密切(qie)配合，嚴格按說明書要(yao)求進行操(cao)作和維修保養。塔(ta)(ta)吊起重物(wu)時，嚴禁(jin)在(zai)場外(wai)上空(kong)旋(xuan)轉。
Tower crane driver and commanding personnel shall cooperated closely, strictly observe the operating and maintaining requirements of manual. In case of tower hoisting procedure for heavy object, it is prohibit to rotating outside the field above.
定(ding)位高塔吊都需安(an)裝(zhuang)避雷針設施，其接地電阻不大(da)于4Ω，所有機(ji)電設備，均應實行專(zhuan)機(ji)專(zhuan)人(ren)負責，非(fei)專(zhuan)業人(ren)員不得動用電器設備。
It is necessary that all the high tower cranes shall install lightning rod facilities. The earth resistance shall not greater than 4Ω. All electromechanical equipments shall be specially assigned with separated personnel for each unit. The layperson shall not operate the relevant electric equipments.
塔機安裝(zhuang)完畢(bi)組織驗收簽證，合格后掛(gua)上設備技術性能牌、合格驗印牌、上崗人員牌方可使(shi)用(yong)。
Organize the acceptance confirming procedure after the installation of tower machine; label the technical certificate, qualified certificate and certificate of operating personnel of equipment after acceptance is approved.
